Yeshua establishes Messianic Israel under the Melchizedek Priesthood

The Greek word in this verse "pleroo" for fulfil means to fill up, make full or make complete. So a more precise wording for the end of the verse would be "I am not come to destroy, but to make full and complete".

How did Yeshua make the Law full and complete?
1. He restored the Melchizedek Priesthood.
2. He established a spiritual kingdom to be integrated with Israel's political kingdom - see Isaiah 1:26.
3. He connected Humanity with heaven, eternity, and His presence through the process of perfection realized in His redemption of Humanity, His command to be Born Again, to Go Onto Perfection, and to be Made like Him.

What are the major events when gospel doctrines were changed?
Early Church Fathers (c. 100–300 AD): Ignatius of Antioch and Justin Martyr argued that God's covenant with Israel was invalid and that Gentiles had replaced them.
The Council of Nicaea (325 AD): Formally separated Christian celebrations (Easter) and the first-day Sabbath from Jewish feasts (Passover) and the seventh-day Sabbath, declaring it inappropriate to share customs with Jews.
Augustine of Hippo (354–430 AD): Formalized the theology that the Church was the Kingdom of God already reigning on earth, effectively eliminating the need for a future literal millennial reign for Israel (or for an Endtime establishment of the Kingdom of God with Israel).
The Reformation & Martin Luther (16th Century): Although breaking from Rome, Luther retained anti-Judaic views, writing that Jews should be treated harshly, a rhetoric later used in anti-Semitic contexts.
