This beautiful plaque is available through Akasa's All About Trophies in Albuquerque.  Inscribed without the vowel points, the lettering is black on a gold color plate on walnut or veneer.  The over all dimensions are 5 x 7.  The plaque should be place above or on the front door.  The cost is $20 plus tax.  Shipping is an additional $5 if you need it mailed to you.  Request the account "Hebrew Name" when calling to place the order.  Phone number is 505 881-2504.  Ask for Akasa to order.  Their new address is 3917 4th Street NW.
